Who is JAAD?
JAAD (stands for Jacxson, Amakai, Arielle, and Dale) is a family operated Real Estate Investment Company.
Inspired (like many) by Rich Dad Poor Dad, Dale bought his first “fixer upper” in 2001. Over the next 8 years Dale built a cash flowing portfolio that sustained his life style so he left his job with the military and traveled the world.
Dale is now the driving force behind JAAD Real Estate Investments.We partner with Investors and Land owners to bring properties to their highest and best use.
We look for opportunities in flips, BRRR’s (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance), multi-family and land developments. More of a DIY’er? No problem. Dale also offers Investor Focused Realtor Services in and around Victoria BC Canada.
How We Create Wealth in Real Estate
Our P3 Model stands for Partner, Protect, and Profit. We Partner with stakeholders, Protect capital by minimizing its time at risk, and ensure Profit by including margins of safety and minimizing assumptions.
Our Process starts with finding properties that have significant upside. Once under contract we front load our due diligence so that we hit the ground running on closing day. A typical project takes 6 months to 2 years after which we aim to return as much investor capital as possible. We continue to manage the property and make investment distributions until the set exit point for the project.
